Hello and welcome to The House of chrome. You are looking at an excellent used 1970's Switchcraft XLR female to XLR female connector / adapter. This is a Switchraft 389 model connector and in excellent working condition. These adapters can be used on any of your vintage male XLR cables to get an extension male XLR cable to your guitar amplifiers or other audio equipment. It's basically used to mate two male XLR cable together or give your cable the right end connection. You'll see in pic # 5 shows how the adapter connects to a male end connector. Just one adapter is part of this sale but I do have several more and I do combine shipping on all my items so just let me know if you need more than one?
