Franklin Mint 1979 Official Postmasters of America 194 Historic United States Postage Stamps issued in mint condition and mounted on Historical story presentation cards. Please note that tis collections was issued by Postmasters of America in limited edition of no more than 15,000 (see photo seven to verify set number). It reads 175/15,000. The COA is the last photograph and last page on book. The album does have some wear on the front cover and ends as depicted in photographs. We have kept this album in a storage bin for many years and now downsizing. It is in good pre-owned condition Storage a Smoke/Pet Free home Environment. The set includes 194 historic stamps, albums and sleeves. This album is heavy. When purchased a signature will be required for delivery.
