U.S. Fulton's Standard American Postage Stamp Album. The album is in good condition with some water damage on the corner. There are NO Stamps (there are couple starters). This is a large binder with hundreds of pages and photos. Pages include US Postage to 1992-1991, Air Post, Air Post Special Delivery, Special Delivery, Registration, Certified, Postage Due, Offices ABroad, Official, Special Handling, Parcel Post, Hunting Permits, and Confederate States.
