Simulated U.S. canceled stamp cover design by Elizabeth Enterprises, Inc. The post-bound construction allows almost Unlimited Expandability using Refill Pages. (See our other listings for these.) Pages feature Acid Free, chemically inert polypropylene pockets to safely store and display stamps. Originally sold direct from the Postal Service as a way to encourage stamp collecting. Includes 2 each of 4 different pages made to accommodate made to accommodate different stamp formats.
