TMNT Mutatin’ Raphael 1992 Playmates Toys Complete. All joints move freely. However, one of the turtle’s legs that tuck into the shell seems to be loose. I think the plastic peg is coming loose, but could be glued. This is a loose figure, no packaging. First six photos are of actual figure, last two photos are to show how figure was originally sold.
