CALM KIDS BLEND CONTAINS: Citrus reticulata (Tangerine*), Citrus reticulata (Mandarin), Lavandula grosso (Lavandin*), Anthemis nobilis (Chamomile, Roman*) "Organic Ingredients Suggested Uses: Diffuser: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil per 120ml of water into an ultrasonic diffuser. Massage: Add 3-6 drops of essential oil per 15ml of carrier oil, such as jojoba, almond or coconut. Bath: Add 8 drops of essential oil to 15ml of carrier oil and swirl into warm bath water.
