We will ship your item from the closest depot to your location for the fastest shipping time. Not all of our locations stock all of our items. Can I pick up my purchase? Our depots are only warehouses and do not have any sales floor for walk-in customers. Most of our products must be shipped via UPS. UPS deliveries require a standard street address, UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. Freight items can take several days to arrange pickup and delivery, we must have a valid phone number for the trucking companies to schedule delivery. Is this item in stock? Most (95%) items will ship the same day or the following business day. UPS Domestic Ground shipping normally takes 2-6 business days. No, it can be VERY expensive and most of our deliveries arrive in just a few business days. Why am I being charged sales tax? We are a division of a large corporation with locations in many states. We are required by law to collect applicable taxes in any state where we have a location. The advantage to this is you are buying from a large, reputable company that can provide faster shipping than a single location retail store. If you are a car dealer or automotive shop/store, please contact us to get the appropriate tax files to avoid sales tax. I've received my item, but it was damaged in shipping. What do I do? DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed and it cannot be returned. There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong item. What do I do? We work hard to keep mistakes to a minimum but they can happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact our returns department to arrange a replacement. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. DO NOT INSTALL!
