Item Description Israel - Official IPS Annual Stamp Albums, Various Years, MNH, Rare All albums are generally in excellent condition after more than 2 decades (for most) of careful storage! All are complete, with both the official IPS 'yearly booklet' and the 'quality check' label for each album (where applicable). Note : Later albums adopted a new format - they come with a separate envelope with the stamps themselves, so you can - if you wish - mount them on the album in their respective spots. Mounting them is quick & easy with a simple clear cover that protects the stamp(s) and holds them in place, is completely optional, reversible, and has zero effect on the stamp itself ! ) -- This refers to the 2018, 2020 and 2021 albums in this listing.
