There is also one “Historic Stamps of America” stamp – Joseph Pulitzer. I believe all of the stamps are from 1996 to 1999. Storage album does have some condition issues - it is starting to split where the front cover meets the spine, the corners are worn and there are some small dings to the faux leather.
