This lot contains 2 "3rd generation" USPS Albums for Souvenir (Commemorative Cancellation) Pages and Commemorative Panels. These albums have 23 rings with oblong holed in high quality pages (inserts with the black separator). They were each shipped with 20 pages (to accommodate 40 pages or panels back to back with a black page in-between). For this lot and additional 10 page per album are included (which easily fit). The USPS originally sold the albums with 20 pages for $25 each. Condition is shown in the pics. The albums and pages are near post office fresh. For other albums, pages, and panels, s ee my other items or send a request. Although I am not a dealer I have an extensive inventory. These will ship via media mail.
