Description

Collectors album of the commemorative stamps representing all state flowers and birds in the US. Each page has a larger artwork including both birds and flower, a short narrative of each, and then a mint unhinged stamp from that state, mounted in a clear plastic protective cover. The album cover has some slight discoloration on the back as well as damage to the back edge of the cover, shown in the photos. The first two plastic protective sheet covers have some wrinkling of the plastic, looking like they may have been exposed to heat, but the contents are undamaged. The last two states have some water damage around the top if the sheet, however it does not extend into the artwork. Included is some of the original documentation regarding the subscription service that these ites were sold by the Postal Commemorative Society.
