Description

The 1969 USPS Special Issue Commemorative albums is among the first annual sets to be published and is increasingly difficult to find. Included in this set of 6-cent stamps are two blocks of four: the Beautification of America (Scott #1365-1368) and Botanical Congress (Scott #1376-1379). Individual stamps commemorate baseball (Scott #1381), football (Scott #1382), Dwight D. Eisenhower (Scott #1383), and Grandma Moses (Scott #1370), among others.
